Delete your account

Delete from the app

1. Open the account card on Choose Your Game.
2. Select Delete account, read the warning, then select Delete account again.
3. Type delete my account and select Delete.

This is available for guest profiles and profiles saved with Apple or Google. It cannot be undone.

Request deletion without the app

Email stepwarriorgame@gmail.com with the subject Step Warriors account deletion request. Include your gamertag and whether you signed in with Apple or Google. If you use an Apple private relay address, tell us that too. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes or health records.

We verify ownership before accepting a deletion request and confirm when it is complete. If you used a guest profile and no longer have its device, contact us with any available profile identifier; we may be unable to verify a guest profile otherwise.

What is removed

Deletion removes the account's Normal, Hardcore and group characters, items, steps, streaks, social links, push registrations, the public Armoury snapshot and associated sign-in information. Other players keep their progress. Shared group results may remain anonymous, and replay pages containing the deleted warrior are removed. This does not delete your Apple or Google account or the health records on your device. It also does not unsubscribe a separate launch-list email address or clear saved website data. Unsubscribe using the instructions in our emails, and use your browser's site-data controls to remove saved builds and recent Armoury searches.

Account access ends when deletion is accepted. Deletion may take time; the account screen shows its status. We keep minimal records of random identifiers to prevent old saves from restoring a deleted account. Security logs and backups expire on their normal schedules. See our privacy policy for details.
